Choosing a system
Which system do I need?
If you need pipeline and tank sanitation only, that is DairyWash. If you need tank levels and temperatures only, that is DairyTank. If you want full parlor control with room to add options over time, that is DairyLink. Teat spraying is TURBOSPRAY, which runs on its own or through DairyLink.
Can I start small and expand later?
DairyLink is the expandable platform, and it can be as simple or as complex as you want at the start. DairyWash and DairyTank are standalone systems and do not expand, so if growth is likely, that is worth weighing up front.
Do you work with my current equipment brand?
Automated represents some of the largest dairy equipment providers in the world, including GEA, BouMatic, Milkrite, and Waikato. Call and tell us what you are running and we will tell you what fits.
Are systems built to order?
Yes. Every system is designed, engineered, and manufactured for the parlor it goes into. Where an off-the-shelf answer does not fit, we build one.

DairyWash and DairyTank use robust, proven hardware on older technology. DairyLink moves data digitally over I/O link, which means better accuracy, less hardwiring to install and troubleshoot, and no recalibration to stay accurate.
